2.2 Identity Verification

fd77 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification. Until this verification process is complete, withdrawals and certain other services may be restricted. fd77 reserves the right to suspend an account if the user does not cooperate with the verification process.

2.3 Updating Information

At registration, the user must confirm that they:

Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. It is advised not to use a password already used on other sites for the fd77 account.

4.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

An fd77 account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or transferring any account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Funds can be deposited and withdrawn on the fd77 platform using common payment methods available in Bangladesh. The specified minimum limit for each transaction must be observed.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Identity Verification

Account identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. The requested amount may be withdrawn from the user's own funds held in the fd77 account. Fulfilling the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds.

5.4 Transaction Cancellation

fd77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Additional information and documents may be requested in suspicious circumstances.

fd77 offers various types of bonuses for new and existing members. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, a total wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete. The proportion of each bet that counts toward wagering may vary depending on the game.

6.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are usable only on specific games on the fd77 platform.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in cancellation of all benefits.
• There is a maximum bet amount allowed when using bonus funds — details will be stated in the terms of each offer.
• fd77 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

fd77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits along with additional rewards.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback at a set rate on their net weekly losses. Cashback rates by tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive a maximum of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Cashback is added to the account at the end of the week and separate wagering requirements may apply.

7.2 VIP Tier Changes

Regular and active play can lead to promotion to a higher VIP tier. However, extended inactivity or a breach of the Terms may result in a tier reduction. fd77 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the proper operation of the fd77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or unlawful means
• Playing using bots, automated software, or any form of technical manipulation
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors on fd77
• Cheating or colluding with other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds

fd77 reserves the right to monitor any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

9.1 Closure by fd77

fd77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated breach of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Registration using false information
• Breach of the age requirement

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their own account. Contacting the support team will initiate the process. The user is given the opportunity to withdraw their balance before the account is closed; however, bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

• Losses due to internet connection disruption

In no circumstances will fd77's liability exceed the amount of the user's own funds held in their account.
